We catalog both new and existing equipment for physical dimensions, utilities, clearences and budgeting/finance information. This assures that the equipment will fit, that utilities are coordinated, that budgeting will be accurately tracked, and that the move will be an easy transition.
Our largest move includes thousands of pieces of complicated new and existing lab, medical and dental equipment at OHSU in Portland, OR.

OUS / OHSU Collaborative Life Sciences Building & OHSU Skourtes Tower, Portland, OR
- ECS teamed with Day CPM Services to provide owners rep services for this impressive 300,000 SF, $150 million 33-month collaborative instruction and research facility.
- ECS provided engineering consultation, equipment coordination and commissioning oversight services from concept planning through design, construction and close-out. Construction is scheduled to be complete Q2 2014.

Seattle Children's Research Institute, Seattle, WA
- Renovation of a 2,500 SF cGMP manufacturing suites and associated QC lab 2nd offices at 1100 Olive. Project included ISO 7 (Class 10,000) and ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanrooms and associated support spaces.
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, WA
- ECS has provided nearly continuous services to the Hutch for ongoing office and lab build-outs including past work as on-staff Facilities Director, and as a senior MEP designer and Engineer-of-Record while on-staff at AEI.
- Provided design, construction and commissioning services for two ISO 7 and 8 cleanrooms for cGMP biologics production facilities.
