ECS teamed with Day CPM Services to provide owners rep services for this impressive 300,000 SF, $150 million 33-month collaborative instruction and research facility.
Program includes medical, dental and general education lecture halls, classrooms, teaching labs, R&D labs, extensive vivarium and state-of-the-art electron microscope suite for Dr. Gray. ECS provided engineering consultation, equipment coordination and commissioning oversight services from concept planning through design, construction and close-out. Construction is scheduled to be complete Q2 2014.
