OUS / OHSU Collaborative Life Sciences Building & OHSU Skourtes Tower, Portland, OR
- ECS teamed with Day CPM Services to provide owners rep services for this impressive 300,000 SF, $150 million 33-month collaborative instruction and research facility.
- ECS provided engineering consultation, equipment coordination and commissioning oversight services from concept planning through design, construction and close-out. Construction is scheduled to be complete Q2 2014.

University of Washington Tacoma, Phase 2b Academic Teaching Buildings, Seattle, WA
- Project scope included conversion of five historic buildings into academic space. Steve provided pre-construction, construction and commissioning services throughout the design and construction of these projects.
Northshore School District, Bothell High School, Bothell, WA
- While at Lewis, Steve supported early design, construction and commissioning for this important addition of performing arts hall and math wing at Bothell High School while school was open.
Seattle Pacific University, New Science Building & Renovations, Seattle, WA
- While at Lewis, Steve provided pre-construction, construction and commissioning services for the project with conversion of buildings to clinic, health care education, and offices, plus new science laboratory building.
- Under a separate ECS contract, Steve also coordinated the O&M training program including complete video recording and editing services.
