Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, WA
- ECS has provided nearly continuous services to the Hutch for ongoing office and lab build-outs including past work as on-staff Facilities Director, and as a senior MEP designer and Engineer-of-Record while on-staff at AEI.
- Provided design, construction and commissioning services for two ISO 7 and 8 cleanrooms for cGMP biologics production facilities.

Targeted Genetics Inc., Seattle, WA
- ECS has provided consulting services on multiple projects for TG since 1993 including design, construction and commissioning for two cGMP clinical manufacturing facilities. Facility required ISO 7 and 8 cleanrooms, vivarium re-design and construction.
Boston Scientific/Heart Technology, Redmond, WA
- ECS provided engineering consultation and project management services for multiple projects at BSC including medical manufacturing cleanroom operations and maintenance, as-built documentation and operations and maintenance manual consolidation/organization.
University of Washington Tacoma, Phase 2b Academic Teaching Buildings, Seattle, WA
- Project scope included conversion of five historic buildings into academic space. Steve provided pre-construction, construction and commissioning services throughout the design and construction of these projects.
Institute for Systems Biology (ISB), Seattle, WA
- ECS provided engineering consultations and facilities management services to help monitor and track operational costs while maintaining proper O&M for ISB's new R&D lab space in the South Lake Union area of Seattle.
University of Washington Medical Center, Surgery Pavilion, Seattle, WA
- Project included 334,000 square foot hospital addition with renovations. Steve served as the Commissioning Agent as part of Lewis CM services.
