Facilities Management and Operations
Steve Eirschele PE served as Facilities Engineer then Director of Facilities for Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center from 1994 through 1999, operating and maintaining over 1 million square feet, much of which he designed, constructed and commissioned as Sr. PM at AEI.
During those five years he gained valuable knowledge and in-sight related to facilities operations and maintenance including: managing operational budgets, overseeing proactive maintenance management including CMMS, inter-relationships with world-class principal investigators, inter-departmental relationships with capital projects, finance and human relations. Steve can provide general facilities management input or help you establish state-of-the-art proactive maintenance management systems for your new or existing facility.

- Working closely with BS Facilities Management & Engineering Team, Steve guided BS through a complete revamp of their Operations & Maintenance Manuals based on industry standard ASHRAE guidelines.
