While at Lewis, Steve provided design, construction and commissioning services for the new fuel farm, and utility upgrades to approximately 30 aircraft stalls. Extensive underground and above ground jet fuel storage and piping systems, including replacing portions of fuel, compressed air, domestic water, storm, sanitary, and electrical distribution systems at a manufacturing flight line facility. Steve was the Test Engineer for this project requiring close coordination between Boeing, AE and GC.
Under a separate ECS contract to Boeing, Steve managed and coordinated the operating engineer training including complete video recording and editing services in both DVD and Hi-Def Blu-Ray formats!

ECS, as a sub-consultant to Lewis, provided complete Test Engineer/Commissioning services including design review and coordination, testing protocols, field calibration of critical control and monitoring systems, loop testing for new PLC system and final performance testing.

Project included1,200 square foot ISO 6 and 7 cleanrooms for electronics manufacturing and assembly. Contractor led design build.

ECS provided project management and engineering services for Cardinal IG's insulated glass assembly building including plant HVAC feasibility study in 2012 and subsequent Phase 1 HVAC systems replacement in 2013.
