Starbucks at 505 First Ave South, Seattle, WA

  • Steve provided early design, pre-construction, construction and commissioning services for this new 280,000 square foot office building in downtown Seattle. Building achieved a LEED Silver certification.

Amazon Corporate Relocation to SLU Seattle, WA

  • A 365,000 square foot shell core and tenant improvement project including mission critical data center. Steve's services covered pre-construction (cost control, document review, etc.), construction and commissioning services.
  • As part of the commissioning services, Steve coordinated the Operations & Maintenance Training Program including complete video recording and editing services.

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, downtown Seattle, WA

  • Steve supported early concept planning, design, construction and commissioning for this 21-story building with a five-star hotel and 36 condominiums.

Touchstone Corporation, 9th & Stewart Life Sciences Building, Seattle, WA

  • While at Lewis, Steve supported Touchstone in concept planning and Basis of Design for their new 11-story speculative laboratory building that is now owned by Children's Hospital. Steve supported pre-construction, construction and commissioning services.

GM Nameplate, Seattle, WA

  • Project included1,200 square foot ISO 6 and 7 cleanrooms for electronics manufacturing and assembly. Contractor led design build.

Horizon House Care Facility, Seattle, WA

  • While at Lewis, Steve supported this 19-story tower addition with 100 luxury residential homes and 52 assisted living units. MEP systems included central chilled water system, extensive DDC system. Etc.

Seattle Biomed Research Institute (SBRI), SLU Seattle, WA

  • Project included corporate relocation to SLU into a 165,000 square foot laboratory that achieved LEED Silver. Program included R&D labs, multiple BSL-3 and ABSL-3 suites for TB and malaria research and small animal vivarium.
  • Steve worked closely with Seattle Biomed's researchers and Board of Directors to provide concept planning and design for their new insect research labs to support their malaria program.
