Seattle Children's Research Institute, Seattle, WA
- Renovation of a 2,500 SF cGMP manufacturing suites and associated QC lab 2nd offices at 1100 Olive. Project included ISO 7 (Class 10,000) and ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanrooms and associated support spaces.
Institute for Systems Biology (ISB), Seattle, WA
- ECS provided engineering consultations and facilities management services to help monitor and track operational costs while maintaining proper O&M for ISB's new R&D lab space in the South Lake Union area of Seattle.
Bend Research Inc. (BRI), Bend, OR
- While at Lewis, Steve provided design coordination, cost control, construction QC and commissioning/qualification services for BRI's new solid dose manufacturing facility BRBPD-1. Project specifics are confidential.

Seattle Biomed Research Institute (SBRI), SLU Seattle, WA
- Project included corporate relocation to SLU into a 165,000 square foot laboratory that achieved LEED Silver. Program included R&D labs, multiple BSL-3 and ABSL-3 suites for TB and malaria research and small animal vivarium.
- Steve worked closely with Seattle Biomed's researchers and Board of Directors to provide concept planning and design for their new insect research labs to support their malaria program.
Bio-Rad Laboratories, Redmond, WA
- 46,000 square feet of cGMP warehouse and 25,000 square feet with cGMP manufacturing including ISO 7 and 8 cleanrooms. Project specifics are confidential.
OUS / OHSU Collaborative Life Sciences Building & OHSU Skourtes Tower, Portland, OR
- ECS teamed with Day CPM Services to provide owners rep services for this impressive 300,000 SF, $150 million 33-month collaborative instruction and research facility.
- ECS provided engineering consultation, equipment coordination and commissioning oversight services from concept planning through design, construction and close-out. Construction is scheduled to be complete Q2 2014.
