Chandra Drzewiecki is an independent consultant who is the office administrative and organizational guru behind the scenes at Eirschele Consulting Services. She has over 10 years of professional work experience in the A/E/C industry in human resources, marketing, and administrative roles.

Her background and experience comes from working for companies such as Zimmer Gunsul Frasca, Mortenson, and TetraTech and recruiting within the industry, primarily in the Seattle area. As a Senior Professional in Human Resources, obtaining her SPHR certification in January 2011, most of her career has been in the human resources arena, employed as an HR Generalist and Recruiter/ Sourcer with specialties in sourcing, recruiting, candidate screening, employee interviews, on-boarding, new employee orientation, reference checking, and establishing/ implementing career development and employee retention programs.

Drawing heavily upon her past experience as a Marketing Coordinator, writing proposals and RFP responses for new construction projects, she also employs her creative writing skills in writing, reformatting, and editing resumes and cover letters for a wide spectrum of business professionals within various industries. At ECS, Chandra pulls from her past experience assisting C-Level Managers, to utilize her passion for assisting others to attain their personal and career goals by executing time management solutions and implementing more effective and efficient methods of office organization and filing techniques.
